Planning matters more than speed. A 2500-unit order of prefilled closed pods is scheduled the day the deposit clears, and our 12000 m² floor in Qingdao runs two shifts to hold the 27-day window.

Manufacturing floor

The 5000 m² facility in Qingdao runs dedicated lines for tobacco-blend pods and Type-C rechargeable vapes, with in-house injection, filling and assembly under one roof.

Risk management

Currency, duty changes and flavour bans move fast. We flag regulatory shifts affecting 600-puff disposable bars in Brazil before they hit your purchase order.

The three expensive mistakes with 600-puff disposable bars are unclear compliance, under-specified packaging, and no pre-shipment inspection. All three are avoidable in the first 8 emails.

Retail-ready packing

draw-activated mini pens can ship in retail blister cards, window boxes, or child-resistant cartons. Master cartons carry EAN-13 barcodes and survive a 12-point drop test.

White-label options

Private label on nicotine-salt e-liquid bottles covers flavour, nicotine strength, coil resistance, drip tip, body colour and full artwork. Mock-ups are free; tooling usually starts at 3000 units.

Trial orders

Start with a mixed sample box of dual-flavour switch disposables and nicotine-salt e-liquid bottles. You will see the build, the draw and the flavour profile before committing to 5000 units.

What drives unit cost

We quote tobacco-blend pods in three tiers so you can see exactly where the savings come from. Most partners importing into the UK reach the second tier within 11 months of their first order.

Next step

Buyers comparing suppliers usually ask for three things: MSDS evidence, a 9-day lead time and a defect rate under 0.8%. We can commit to all three in writing.
