Adjustable Nic Strength Vape Bulk: Freight Insurance — SKU Rationalisation

If you are evaluating Adjustable Nic Strength Vape Bulk, this guide on Adjustable Nic Strength Vape Bulk: Freight Insurance — SKU Rationalisation covers what matters before you sign anything: what it costs, how long it takes, and where buyers in the UK usually get caught out.

Sampling policy

We ship 3 reference units of 600-puff disposable bars within 2 working days. The sample fee is credited against your first order above 3000 units.

Sampling is the fastest risk reducer. Order 11 units of draw-activated mini pens, test in your own market for 34 days, then scale. Sample cost comes off the first bulk invoice.

How engagement runs

Brief, sample, quote, production, QC, ship. Six steps, and the whole first cycle for tobacco-blend pods usually closes inside 38 days.

Customisation scope

OEM on draw-activated mini pens is not limited to stickers. We adjust coil resistance, airflow, e-liquid recipe and battery capacity, then build the box around your subscription-box brands positioning.

You can brand 600-puff disposable bars from the housing outward — logo, colourway, flavour name, outer carton, and even the draw-activation feel. Minimum for full custom is 5000 units.

Commercial terms

Standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. Orders above 5000 units of 600-puff disposable bars can use L/C at sight; samples go through PayPal or Wise.

We accept T/T, L/C at sight for draw-activated mini pens orders above 5000 units, and PayPal or Wise for anything under 3000 units. Long-standing accounts can negotiate 4-day terms.

Scheduling your order

From deposit to vessel, dual-flavour switch disposables normally takes 19 working days. Custom artwork adds 3 days. Buyers shipping to the UK typically see goods at their 3PL within 40 days.

Our production

Two shifts, 7 assembly lines and 14 years of export experience sit behind every rechargeable pod systems order leaving Ningbo.

Retail-ready packing

Our draw-activated mini pens cartons use 8000-grade corrugate with fitted foam inserts. That keeps transit damage under 0.8% even on 16-day sea legs into Australia.

Packaging is where margins are won or lost. We offer prefilled closed pods in counter display units of 7 pieces, shelf-ready trays, or plain bulk cartons for repackers.

Demand signals

We track sell-through across 5 markets. Type-C rechargeable vapes currently performs strongest in Japan through duty-free operators, with repeat rates around 27%.

Sustainability

We cut 10% of plastics in Type-C rechargeable vapes export cartons and use soy-based inks. None of it changes the unit price materially.
