Every batch of rechargeable pod systems passes high/low temperature and drop-ball testing before packing. Our in-house defect threshold is 0.5%; anything above that is reworked before it ever reaches the carton.

Manufacturing floor

Two shifts, 3 assembly lines and 13 years of export experience sit behind every prefilled closed pods order leaving Qingdao.

Environmental approach

We cut 23% of plastics in draw-activated mini pens export cartons and use soy-based inks. None of it changes the unit price materially.

Our process

No account managers reading from scripts. You get the production planner and QC lead on the call for tobacco-blend pods, so answers are first-hand.

Compliance and paperwork

Regulators in Spain ask for specific evidence. We prepare MSDS and COA documentation for rechargeable pod systems before the container is sealed, not after it lands.

Next step

Wrap up your evaluation: request the ice-series disposables sample box, the high/low temperature test report and a tiered quote for Spain. All three go out the same day.
